Role Description The Equity Back Office Executive & Mutual Fund Back Office Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The role involves supporting equity and mutual fund operations, including trade processing, data entry, contract note verification, and reconciliations across client accounts and internal systems.

The executive will maintain accurate records of investments, update client portfolios, and ensure timely completion of transaction-related documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with front-office teams and external intermediaries,



monitoring settlements, resolving operational discrepancies, and adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The role also includes preparing periodic reports, assisting with audit support, and contributing to process improvements in back office workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of capital markets with skills in Equities and Trading for back office operations support.
- Solid foundation in Finance and Investments to manage portfolio-related processes and documentation.
- Ability to conduct basic Research to validate data, track transactions, and support reporting and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with back office or accounting software.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in equity or mutual fund back office, operations, or brokerage environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
