EPM - HOD

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Location - Bangalore , Karnataka

Experience: 12+ years in the electronics manufacturing industry

Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, Anodizing, SMT, FATP) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.

Communication: Fluent in English (for factory floor management, for client presentations and emails).

Key Skills -

1.Experion in ICT manufacture industrial

1. Project management experience
2. Well knowledge on NPI process

3. Understand factory manufacture process
4. Knowledge about auto machine and related industrial experience would be favourable condition

1. The "Build" Lead: Own the end-to-end schedule for engineering builds. Ensure all materials, fixtures, and stations are ready for EVT, DVT, and PVT milestones.
2.



Technical Problem Solving: Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical failures or yield drops. Coordinate between PD (Product Design), EE (Electrical Engineering), and Tooling teams.
3. Yield & Quality Management: Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and drive corrective actions (CAP) to meet target metrics before Mass Production ramp.
4. Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the "hub" between the client, sub-tier vendors, and Foxconns internal departments (Production, SQE, PMC, and Logistics).
5. Risk Mitigation: Identify "critical path" items and create contingency plans for material shortages or design changes.
