About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Associate to own day-to-day content and social execution across our digital channels. You'll work closely with the founders to build our brand presence, keep our posting cadence consistent, and help drive inbound interest through LinkedIn and our website — targeting the North American businesses and IT decision-makers we serve.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Write, edit, and schedule posts that reflect current marketing and social trends, tailored to a North American B2B/IT audience
- Build brand visibility by actively engaging with relevant industry content — commenting on and interacting with posts from prospects, partners, and thought leaders in the cloud/IT/AI space




- Support website content updates, landing pages, and on-site messaging around cloud modernization and AI services
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics, and adjust posting strategy accordingly
- Assist with email marketing and outreach campaign support as needed
- Research competitors and industry trends in cloud modernization (AWS/Azure), AI integrations, and IT services to keep content relevant and credible
- Collaborate with founders on brand voice, messaging, and campaign ideas

Requirements

- 2+ years of marketing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Strong understanding of current marketing and social media trends
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages or skilled profiles
- Familiarity with website content and CMS platforms
- Strong writing skills — able to adapt tone across formats, including for a technical/B2B audience
- Comfortable researching and writing about technical topics (cloud infrastructure, AI) without needing deep technical background
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, early-stage company environment, across US time zones

CompensationThis position pays between ₹23,000 - ₹35,000 based on experience and geographic location
