Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) | Path to CEO

₹60,000–₹75,000/month + Performance Incentives

Initial Probation: 1 Month

This is not a conventional job.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who wants the opportunity to run a business—not simply manage a function.

KareerCoach is an established international recruitment and workforce mobility business with an existing team, candidate ecosystem, international relationships and active business pipeline.

As the Founder expands his focus across multiple ventures, we are looking for someone who can progressively take the driver’s seat at KareerCoach and assume end-to-end responsibility for its performance.

You will not be joining to assist the Founder.

You will be joining with the opportunity to progressively run the business—and potentially earn your way to becoming its CEO.

What You Will Own

Within defined governance and financial controls, you will progressively take ownership of:

- Overall business performance and P&L;
- Revenue, margins, cash flow and collections
- Sales and conversion performance
- Customer and candidate experience
- Candidate placement and deployment
- International employer and partner relationships
- Team performance and accountability
- Operations and process improvement
- Market and competitor intelligence
- Technology, AI and automation adoption
- New partnerships and growth opportunities

We want someone who constantly asks:

What is changing in the market?

What does the customer actually want?

What are competitors doing better?

What do the numbers tell us?

What can technology do better?

Where are we losing money or opportunities?





How do we build stronger relationships?

Who We Are Looking For

Your current designation matters less than your ability to operate.

You could be a

- Former entrepreneur
- Startup operator
- Founder’s Office qualified
- P&L; or business-unit owner
- Operations or growth leader
- Exceptional second-in-command ready for significantly greater responsibility

You should be

Commercial — You understand how businesses make money.

Numbers-driven — P&L;, cash flow, margins, funnels, conversions and KPIs should be natural to you.

Customer-obsessed — You understand that customer experience directly affects growth and reputation.

Market-aware — You actively study competitors, customers and changing market behaviour.

Technology-first — You understand how AI, automation, CRM and data can improve execution.

Relationship-driven — You can build trust with customers, employees and international partners.

Execution-focused — You turn decisions into measurable outcomes.

Independent — You don’t need the Founder telling you what to do every morning.

High-ownership — When something isn’t working, you consider it your problem to solve.

Your First 30 Days The first month will be a probationary assessment period.

Your job will be to rapidly understand:

The business. The numbers. The customers.



The team. The market. The competition. The technology. The problems. The opportunities.

We don’t expect you to change everything immediately.

We expect you to understand before you change—and then execute.

By the end of the first month, you should be capable of sitting across the table from the Founder and saying:

“I understand the business. I know what needs to change. Let me run it.”

Compensation & Path to CEO

Fixed: ₹60,000–₹75,000/month

Additional: Performance-linked incentives

This is not a guaranteed CEO appointment.

The CEO opportunity must be earned through demonstrated performance, integrity, commercial judgment, leadership and the ability to independently operate KareerCoach.

For the right person, the progression can be:

Learn the Business → Own the Numbers → Run the Business → Earn the CEO Role The opportunity may also become larger than KareerCoach.

The founders have interests across multiple businesses. An exceptional performer who proves capable of independently operating KareerCoach may progressively be considered for broader leadership responsibilities across other ventures.

That opportunity is earned through performance—not promised through designation.
