Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in startups, entrepreneurship, or incubation ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with early-stage ideas and founders, and can guide students through the journey of building startups from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver content around the startup journey - idea validation, MVP, GTM, and fundraising




- Mentor student teams in building startups from scratch through structured sessions and hands-on guidance
- Facilitate ideation and problem discovery exercises
- Support teams in market research, customer discovery, and competitor analysis
- Guide students in building MVPs / prototypes and early GTM strategies
- Help teams prepare for fundraising by working on pitch decks, narratives, and milestone planning

Ideal Background

- Worked in startup incubation centre's / innovation labs / entrepreneurship programs
- Been part of an early-stage startup (0→1 or 1→10 journey)
- Exposure to product building, GTM, or early growth stages
- Experience supporting founders in idea validation, MVP building, or fundraising
- Prior product management experience is a plus, but not mandatory
