Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish risk appetite statements, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements to risk governance processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for operational risk management.

- Provide expertise in risk management best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.

Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of ERM frameworks such as COSO ERM, ISO 31000, or similar industry standards.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.

- Experience in an IT services & consulting workplace is desirable.

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Demonstrate excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions under pressure.
