We are looking for an experienced ERP Manufacturing Functional Consultant with a solid background in ERP implementation and production/manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of ERP implementation experience , including at least two full-cycle implementations or major production rollouts .

The role will be responsible for understanding manufacturing business requirements, designing and configuring ERP processes, managing cross-functional stakeholders, supporting data migration, and driving implementations through testing and successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support ERP implementations across manufacturing and production functions.
- Own functional requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Design and implement manufacturing processes covering:
- Production planning and scheduling
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)




- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions while maintaining alignment with standard ERP functionality and approved customizations.
- Manage functional scope, requirements, change requests, risks, dependencies, and issues through to go-live.
- Lead or support UAT, integration testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation experience.
- At least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations or major rollouts delivered in a production/manufacturing environment .

Experience 10+ years and 5+ of ERP implementation experience, with significant hands-on pharma / manufacturing ERP experience.
