Hesse is looking for a professional and confident Enquiries & Admission Executive to manage incoming enquiries and support candidates through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp and Instagram
- Understand candidate requirements and provide accurate program/service information
- Respond professionally to doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication
- Coordinate consultations, demo sessions and admission-related requirements
- Guide candidates through the pre-admission process
- Maintain and update enquiry and follow-up records
- Identify serious prospects and support enquiry-to-admission conversion
- Coordinate with the Sales, Documentation and Candidate Relations teams when required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable spoken and written English
- Confident telephone and WhatsApp communication
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Ability to understand candidate concerns and communicate clearly




- Organized and comfortable managing multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Basic sales and conversion ability
- Professional approach when communicating with healthcare professionals
