Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Online Verbal & English Language Trainer to conduct live virtual classes for students preparing for competitive exams (GRE, GMAT, SAT) and English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo). The ideal candidate can adapt teaching strategies across both standardized aptitude verbal sections and language proficiency modules.

This position starts as a versatile part-time role and offers a performance-based path to a full-time position based on student rating metrics and score outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live, online interactive sessions for Verbal Reasoning (Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Text Completion) and the 4 key skills for IELTS/TOEFL (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking).
- Evaluate student essays, mock speaking interviews,



and analytical writing tasks using standardized scoring rubrics.
- Teach score-maximizing strategies, time management, advanced vocabulary building, and grammar concepts.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual feedback on student performance.|

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Communications, or related fields.
- Freshers Preferred / Welcomed: Candidates with exceptional test scores (e.g., 90th+ percentile in GRE/GMAT Verbal OR Band 8.0+ in IELTS / 105+ in TOEFL) and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, even with zero formal teaching experience.
- 0–2+ years of teaching experience for competitive exam verbal/English sections.
- Exceptional command over English grammar, vocabulary, and logical reasoning analysis.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection, laptop, and proficiency with Zoom/MS Teams.
