Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Teaching

- Teach phonics, vocabulary, grammar basics, reading comprehension, and early writing skills.
- Conduct guided reading sessions and speaking activities.
- Use stories, poems, songs, and visual aids to enhance engagement.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and differentiated tasks.
- Create a print-rich, language-friendly classroom environment.





Assessment & Student Support

- Conduct formative and observation-based assessments.
- Track reading fluency, comprehension, and writing development.
- Provide remedial and enrichment support where required.

Collaboration & Parent Engagement

- Guide parents on reading habits and home literacy support.
- Communicate progress and suggest improvement strategies.

Behavior & Classroom Management

- Maintain a warm, structured, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage participation, confidence, and expressive speaking.

School Administration

- Maintain academic records and student portfolios.
- Participate in assemblies, reading programs, and school events.
- Follow school policies and qualified standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.A / B.Sc with English and B.Ed (mandatory).
- Experience in Primary teaching preferred.
- Strong phonics knowledge and spoken English proficiency.
- Excellent pronunciation, storytelling, and classroom communication skills.
- Comfort with digital literacy tools and blended learning methods.

Commitment Requirement Minimum commitment of three (3) years, ensuring continuity in foundational literacy development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
