English Faculty / English Teacher

- Design and execute daily lesson plans aligned with state or board educational standards.

- Teach English language and literature through engaging and effective classroom instruction.

- Guide students in reading, analyzing, and interpreting classic and contemporary novels, poetry, and drama.

- Teach advanced writing techniques, sentence structure, editing, grammar, and vocabulary.

- Develop students' reading, writing, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

- Prepare assignments, projects, worksheets, and other learning materials.

- Conduct regular assessments, including essays, examinations, and projects.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.

- Identify students' academic difficulties and provide appropriate guidance and additional support.

- Mentor students and help them build confidence in their academic and communication abilities.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and academic progress.





- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress, academic performance, and behavior.

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom setting.

- Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to support students' overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Prepare and implement lessons according to prescribed educational standards.

- Literature Analysis: Teach and guide students through various forms of English literature.

- Writing & Grammar: Develop students' advanced writing, grammar, editing, and vocabulary skills.

- Assessments: Conduct and evaluate examinations, essays, assignments, and projects.

- Student Mentorship: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

- Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
