The designation is Associate Vice President , and we are specifically looking for a purely hands-on technical individual contributor with strong architecture and coding expertise .

Role: Engineering Manager (IC role)

Robust architecture experience

Hands-on coding expertise (Any programming language)

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Machine Learning

Do not share any profiles from service organization (wipro, tech Mahindra, Infosys.etc), look from start up organization, and keep the exp range from 15-18 years.

Lets look for Non-banking, Non-Fintech folks. If fintech - look at Razorpay, Zeta etc which are Indian Fintech companies.

Non-oracle, non-RBS, non-EY folks please. Look for startup experience as much as possible in last 15yrs, atleast 10+ in startups. Notice period should not be more than 30days .

Contribute to architecture and design decisions for AI-powered applications, GenAI solutions, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, APIs, and enterprise platforms.

- Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and other BUs to understand requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
- Own engineering execution across design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, cost-efficient, and aligned with enterprise governance and responsible AI standards.




- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, design reviews, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and operational excellence.
- Manage stakeholder communication, delivery risks, dependencies, timelines, and technical trade-offs.
- Support adoption of reusable AI components, engineering accelerators, and agentic development practices across teams.

15+ years of engineering experience, including hands-on experience building enterprise applications or AI/ML-based systems.
- 6+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing or leading high-performing technical teams.
- Proven experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, automation, or data-driven solutions in production.
- Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across product, business, architecture, security, data, and platform teams.
- Prior experience in enterprise, regulated, or large-scale technology environments is preferred.
