About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Engineering Manager / Team Lead to lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering modern web and enterprise software products. The role combines people leadership, technical direction, delivery ownership, and quality governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps.
- Own sprint planning, delivery commitments, capacity, technical risks, quality, and release readiness.
- Provide technical direction across Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET, REST APIs, SignalR, WebGL, and cloud-native environments.
- Drive architecture discussions, design/code reviews, automated testing, secure SDLC, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, and distributed stakeholder teams.
- Establish strong documentation, onboarding, knowledge-transfer, and team-continuity practices.

Required Skills
- 12+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years in technical or engineering-team leadership.
- Experience leading teams across frontend, backend, QA,



and DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and SignalR.
- Exposure to WebGL/Three.js, Storybook, MongoDB, MinIO/S3, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of secure SDLC, authentication, authorization, RBAC, tokens, sessions, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, Git, and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent technical education with strong relevant engineering experience will also be considered.

Preferred
- Quick joiners prefered
- Experience with design systems, observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana, and DevSecOps practices.
- Background in product engineering, enterprise SaaS, scientific software, visualization-heavy platforms, industrial automation, or medical technology.
