FURNIGENCE LLP is a leading provider of drafting, engineering, estimation, and manufacturing support services for cabinet makers, millwork companies, closet manufacturers, and woodworking businesses across the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team, ensure high-quality project delivery, and continuously improve our engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client quality standards.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor engineering resources across multiple projects.
- Review project scope and estimate engineering hours before work begins.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of shop drawings, engineering documentation, cutlists, CNC files, hardware lists, and material reports.
- Conduct final quality checks before project submission.
- Coordinate with clients to clarify project requirements and resolve technical queries.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and team performance.
- Develop and implement engineering standards, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate engineers and technical designers.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, Mozaik, and other engineering software.
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce project turnaround times.




- Handle technical issues, client feedback, and project escalations professionally.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, modular furniture, closets, and woodworking manufacturing.
- Excellent understanding of production methods, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.

- Experience with
- Any CAD/CAM software related to wood industries

- AutoCAD

Manufacturing workflows
- Ability to estimate engineering effort and allocate resources effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in cabinetry, millwork, furniture manufacturing, or engineering services.
- Previous experience managing engineering teams is preferred.
