About The Role You will be the bridge between complex technical architecture and meaningful business growth, responsible for scaling our embedded finance platform, to an enterprise-grade level. You will move beyond straightforward management to lead a high-
velocity team through the full SDLC, ensuring predictable delivery and long-term system scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead deep-dive architectural discussions and
conduct high-quality code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
- Operational Rigour: Master Agile/Scrum and other metrics (Cycle Time,
MTTR, Change Failure Rate) to drive predictable, high-velocity delivery.
- Strategic Delivery: Balance immediate business feature requests with the
management of technical debt and long-term platform scalability.
- People Development: Establish high-trust relationships, mentor direct reports
for promotion, and foster a psychologically safe team culture.
- Process Optimization: Audit development cycles to identify bottlenecks and
implement efficiency through automation and AI tools.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a
related quantitative field.
- Delivery Record: A proven track record of leading teams in cloud-native or
