Job Title: Head of IT / Engineering Lead – WealthTech & Investment Data

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Reports To: CTO / CEO

Experience: 15+ Years (5+ in IT Leadership within Fintech, Hedge Funds, or Asset Management)

20 years old global FinTech platform consolidating and analyzing data from thousands of banks, custodians, and fund managers. We empower 300+ top global private banks, family offices, and wealth-tech firms with actionable financial insights.

Role Overview

Lead our technology infrastructure and IT operations to ensure maximum reliability, security, and scalability. You will drive digital transformation, oversee cloud and low-latency infrastructure, and support real-time data ingestion for complex investment analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Strategy & Leadership: Align IT roadmap with business goals; build and manage high-performing DevOps, cloud, and systems engineering teams.
- Infrastructure & Operations: Architect and scale high-availability hybrid/cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) supporting real-time data feeds and market integrations (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, OMS/EMS).
- Cybersecurity & Compliance:



Implement robust security frameworks to safeguard high-value portfolio data in accordance with global standards (SEC, FCA, GDPR).
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with quant and data science teams to optimize analytics platforms; manage IT budgets and vendor contracts.

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 15+ years of IT experience, including robust leadership in capital markets, wealth management, or hedge fund tech environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures, cybersecurity, and real-time/high-frequency data processing.
- Hands-on familiarity with financial data platforms and market data integration.
