AtlasOne builds Agentic AI infrastructure for banks and NBFCs in India, automating document processing, verification, and fraud detection for lending and onboarding workflows. We're API-first, on-prem deployable, and live in production with leading BFSI institutions processing real workflows at scale, where accuracy and audit-readiness aren't optional.

About the role

We're looking for an Engineering Lead to own day-to-day technical execution for our engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role: you write code, you unblock the team, and you own delivery against real client go-live dates.

What you'll do

- Own day-to-day technical decisions: code review, architecture calls within existing systems, unblocking engineers on integration and infrastructure issues
- Run sprint execution and prioritisation, ensuring nothing slips between backend and DevOps workstreams
- Write and ship code yourself as an active contributor, not just a reviewer
- Mentor backend engineers and coordinate closely with DevOps on deployment and infrastructure,



including on-prem and VPC setups for enterprise BFSI clients
- Own delivery accountability for client-facing technical commitments, surfacing risk early

What we're looking for

- 8+ years of experience shipping and owning production systems, including meaningful time in a lead or senior technical capacity
- Track record of owning systems end-to-end without a large platform & team to lean on
- Experience with API-first backend systems; on-prem or VPC deployment experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable in a small, high-ownership environment where you're close to the actual product and clients, not layers removed
- BFSI or fintech exposure is a plus, not a requirement
