- Manage large size, complex project / proposal independently or supervise and manage multiple smaller projects / proposal teams independently
- Fully qualified qualified in piping and pipe stress analysis and proficient in the utilization of piping / pipe stress engineering theories and practices.
- Proficiency in performing flexibility analysis of piping systems in accordance with ANSI B31.3 & 31.1 codes.
- Hands on experience on Surge Analysis required. Should have worked in Surge Analysis tools like Flowmaster or equivalent.
- Knowledge on Pressure Equipment Directive / EN Code and Rohr2 will be an added advantage.
- Requires proven experience with stress analysis work in process plants like petrochemical & refinery projects
Interface Management / other competencies:
- - Co-ordinate with other EN disciplines and functions, vendors, sub-contractors, clients, PMC and entities
- - Development & Continuous Improvement
- - Contribute towards organizational quality, training and improvement initiatives and implementation in the projects, proposals
- - Conduct technical meetings with the department for know-how backflow and lessons learnt
- People Management
- - Plan, manage resources including task assignment to project team members within the project
- - Monitor, coach and develop team to enhance overall capabilities
Education Experience:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Site experience will be an added advantage
