Job Summary

Responsible for operating, setting, and monitoring machines used in manufacturing processes, ensuring production targets, quality standards, machine safety, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC, VMC, drilling, milling, grinding, cutting, and other production machines as required.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to drawings and work instructions.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal conditions during operation.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Ensure components are manufactured according to required dimensions and quality standards.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.




- Maintain proper machine settings and tooling conditions.
- Carry out routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance.
- Report machine breakdowns, tooling problems, and quality issues to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine operation records.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the work area.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Minimize material wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.

Pay: ₹15,795.58 - ₹20,232.62 per month
