Role & responsibilities

Materials Planning & Production Support

Prepare and maintain Net Material Requirement plans to meet production and dispatch needs.

Monitor daily production quantities against the plan and ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials from shot blasting to production lines.

Track transit status of raw materials to ensure timely arrival.

Dispatch & Customer Coordination

Generate and process sales invoices accurately through SAP.

Coordinate with customers to confirm daily dispatch schedules.

Track dispatch vehicle status and ensure all required dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.

Maintain adequate finished goods (FG) stock levels in bonded stores and ensure bins are clean as per packing requirements.

Inventory & Tool Management

Post tool transactions in Toolcrib and reconcile SAP records with physical stock.

Coordinate effectively with logistics teams to support smooth operations.

Reporting & Governance

Prepare and present department MIS reports, and review MRM data as required for management reviews.

Oversee timely documentation, reporting, and closure of action items within the PRC and stores department.
