- Own DVP&R; execution for assigned programmes — electrical, thermal, environmental, HV safety, performance
- 3-7 Years of Experience in total.
- Own test-pack traceability: serial-level mapping of every build unit to its design revision
- Bench validation: cycling, thermal soak and shock, IP, vibration, BMS and charger commissioning
- Issue written T1 go / no-go per programme against DVP&R; closure status
- Log failures, drive root cause with design SPOC, verify corrective action by re-test
Requirements: Li-ion pack-level testing; DVP&R; authoring; DAQ and instrumentation hands-on; Quality hands on; test report writing.
