About the Role :

Sigmoid is looking to onboard a Senior Leader to anchor our CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice in Bengaluru. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and provide visionary leadership to our Supply Chain Analytics practice.

What you'll do

- Help build out our CPG Supply Chain Analytics practice - shaping direction, owning capability areas, and growing what we take to market
- Lead client engagements end to end and own the relationships on the accounts you carry
- Partner with clients on the problems holding them back, and turn those into solutions that get built and used
- Work with sales, marketing and BD on go-to-market, and back the team in pursuits
- Drive advanced analytics and data modelling - AI, ML,



optimisation and Gen AI - applied to supply chain decisions
- Write. Points of view, articles, intellectual capital that lifts the quality of client work across the practice
- Represent Sigmoid at industry events, conferences and forums

What we're looking for

- 8-12 years consulting on and delivering data and analytics work for large CPG customers
- Direct front-office consulting experience with strategic customer leadership, not negotiable
- A track record of leading teams and engagements, and getting excellent work out of the people around you
- Senior client relationships, and the communication skills to show for it
- The ability to take a messy problem apart and work out which piece actually matters
- BE/BTech from a Tier I/II university; MBA from a top B-school is a plus

Nice to have

- Depth in supply chain planning and operations - CPG, life sciences, pharma or industrial and a sense of where analytics fits
- Familiarity with the full process: demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimisation, procurement analytics
- Hands-on experience building models across ML, deep learning and Gen AI, from descriptive through to prescriptive
- Published writing on supply chain topics
- Working understanding of the cloud stack (GCP, Azure, AWS)
