Our client, a global leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Consultant to drive energy audits, sustainability assessments, and modernization initiatives across data centers and industrial facilities.

The consultant will leverage expertise in critical power, cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, and energy management to deliver actionable recommendations, improve operational efficiency, and support customers in achieving their sustainability goals.

Essential responsibilities:

1. Analyze historical data from various data aggregation systems and prepare assessment reports.
2. Provide recommendations for efficiency and availability improvements and highlight problem areas that require attention
3. Identify all prerequisites for project execution (site layouts, data, design documents, SLD’s, product specification document, etc.) and flag any constraints that might impact the desired customer expectations.
4. Analyzing data center-related information from on-site cooling, power, and environmental control infrastructure and physical space to provide an assessment report with energy-saving retrofits and resilience improvements.
5. Guide distributed stakeholders for project execution and data gathering, provide training/support for the team, or help in facilitating the same.
6. Generates an implementation plan with timelines for the solutions and delivery

Anticipate potential challenges for the proposed project plan and plans for competitive threats
8. Actively identify opportunities to assist peers regionally in the area of expertise (e.g., pre-sales support)
9. Maintains excellent communications with assigned key contacts of the project across the region
10. Fair enough idea on mechanical, thermal, and other utility energy for measurement.
11. Should have adequate knowledge of the cooling system.
12. Power flow analysis in an electrical distribution system, understanding the electrical demand side management, and improving power usage effectiveness for the customer
13. Cooling efficiency evaluation (Chillers and DX-based system) and identify energy conservation measures.
14. Field experience on Installation/Commissioning/Quality control of critical assets (Power, cooling) is a plus
15. Well-versed with MS Office packages, especially MS Word and Excel for report preparation and analysis for customers.

Skills Required

- Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Preferred Certification CDCP, Uptime, DCU
- Must be a BEE Certified / Accredited consultant
- Great communication skill
- Data Center Consultant/Auditor or Energy Management Service Professional
- Data Center Design Consultant
