Role Description This full-time, on-site Emergency Medicine Physician role is based in Bengaluru. The physician will provide immediate assessment, stabilization, and treatment for patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries in the emergency department.

Daily responsibilities include performing focused examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, initiating appropriate interventions, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and specialty services. The role involves triaging patients according to clinical urgency, managing critical care cases,



documenting clinical encounters accurately, and participating in departmental protocols to ensure patient safety and quality standards. The physician will also contribute to clinical audits, training of junior staff, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical expertise in Medicine with formal training as a medical doctor and valid medical licensure/registration.
- Proficiency in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Services, including triage, resuscitation, and management of acute presentations.
- Experience in Urgent Care settings, handling non-life-threatening but time-sensitive conditions efficiently.
- Competence in Critical Care Medicine for managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and organ support.
- Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent (MD/DNB/PG Diploma/ MEM/FEM) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments with sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for collaborating with nursing staff, allied health professionals, and other physicians.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital quality standards and protocols.
