Role Discription: The Embedded Systems Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain embedded hardware and software solutions for UAVs, sensors, and IoT-enabled agricultural systems. Day-to-day work spans firmware development, hardware-software integration, system debugging, and performance optimization for field-ready devices.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, implementing communication protocols, and ensuring the reliability and safety of embedded systems used in agricultural and industrial applications — including development of power modules, RF, compute, and camera module integration. The engineer will also document designs, support hardware validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of existing platforms.

What You'll Work On

- Firmware development and real-time embedded programming




- Development of power modules — circuit design, current sensing, power systems
- Sensor integration and hardware-software interfacing
- IoT connectivity, communication protocols, edge computing
- Compute module and camera module integration
- RF/radio module design and integration
- PCB design, hardware debugging, and validation
- Systematic troubleshooting across hardware and software layers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Robust proficiency in embedded software development, including firmware design and real-time programming
- Solid foundation in electrical engineering — circuits, power systems, sensor integration
- Experience with IoT technologies — device connectivity, communication protocols, edge computing
- Knowledge of PCB design, hardware debugging, and interfacing with microcontrollers/processors
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and familiarity with version control tools
- Ability to read technical schematics and datasheets; strong systematic troubleshooting skills
- Experience with drones, robotics, or sensor-based systems — industrial or agricultural preferred, is a plus
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills; comfortable in multidisciplinary teams
