Role Description The Email & Tele Marketing Specialist (Commission Based Only) is a full time remote role focused on generating qualified leads and promoting consulting services via email campaigns and outbound calls. Day-to-day activities include crafting and sending targeted email messages, conducting telemarketing outreach to prospective clients, and following up on inquiries to nurture relationships. The specialist will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools, schedule appointments or consultations for senior consultants, and coordinate with the business development team to refine messaging and campaigns.





The role also involves handling basic customer support questions related to services, gathering feedback from prospects, and continuously improving outreach strategies based on results.

Qualifications

- Strong lead generation skills, including prospecting, list building, and qualifying potential clients.
- Customer service and customer support experience, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for email and phone outreach.
- Proven sales abilities, such as handling objections, presenting services confidently, and closing commission-based opportunities.
- Comfort working in a commission-based-only structure, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
