Qualtech RPO is hiring an Email Marketing Executive to drive U.S. B2B outreach and lead generation for our RPO & Virtual Assistant services.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify U.S.-based companies and decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists and execute cold email campaigns.
- Manage email follow-ups and generate qualified leads.
- Promote RPO solutions including recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition support.
- Promote Virtual Assistant services including admin support, lead generation, customer support, CRM, research, and back-office support.
- Track outreach, responses, and lead activity.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B email marketing, cold emailing, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Experience with the U.S. market preferred.
- Robust written English and communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Zoom Info, CRM, or email outreach tools is a plus.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.
