The role focuses on assisting customers through written communication channels, understanding their queries, providing appropriate information, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through email and chat channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate, and professional responses.
- Assist customers with general queries and service-related information.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Follow established communication and customer support procedures.
- Assist with tracking customer queries and their resolution status.
- Perform basic data entry and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Follow up on pending customer requests where required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Identify recurring customer queries and communicate relevant observations to the team.
- Assist with preparing basic support reports and summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling customer or business information.
- Complete assigned customer support and process-related tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Communication, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with email and chat-based customer support is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support tools is an advantage.
- Strong written English communication is preferred.

Stipend: ₹16,500 per month
