Hala Design is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute email marketing campaigns for ecommerce brands.

We are looking for someone who understands that effective email marketing goes beyond sending newsletters. You should have hands-on experience with email strategy, automation, segmentation, personalisation and customer journeys, and be able to take campaigns from planning through execution and optimisation.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute complete email marketing strategies
- Plan and manage weekly/monthly email marketing calendars
- Create and manage newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Build automated email flows and customer journeys
- Create personalised campaigns based on customer behaviour
- Implement product recommendations based on browsing and purchase behaviour
- Manage customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
- Set up and optimise flows such as:
- Welcome series
- Abandoned cart
- Browse abandonment
- Post-purchase
- Product recommendations
- Win-back
- Customer re-engagement
- Cross-sell and upsell
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, offers and campaign strategies
- Monitor email performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyse metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and revenue




- Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance
- Work with ecommerce and marketing teams to align email campaigns with promotions and business goals

Requirements

- Extensive hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Omnisend
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategy and automation
- Experience with segmentation and customer personalisation
- Understanding of ecommerce customer journeys
- Experience creating and managing automated email flows
- Robust analytical and data-driven approach
- Understanding of email deliverability and email marketing best practices
- Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Preferred

- Strong understanding of Shopify and the Shopify ecosystem
- Experience working with Shopify stores and ecommerce brands
- Experience using Shopify customer, product and order data for email segmentation
- Understanding of ecommerce conversion and customer retention
- Experience with personalised product recommendations
- Experience working with both Klaviyo and Omnisend

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
