We are looking for experienced professionals for an Email / Chat Support Executive role in our Global Support Process. Candidates must have strong written English communication skills and relevant international customer support experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant international customer support/customer handling experience.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Compensation
- CTC: ₹36,000 per month
- Approx. ₹29,000 net take-home during the initial 3 months.
- Approx. ₹30,000 net take-home after 3 months.
- CTC includes Fixed CTC PLI.
- PF, Mediclaim/ESIC and Gratuity deductions are applicable.
Work & Training
- 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- 3 months of paid training.
- Certification round after selection.
- 9.5 hours of working time, including 1 hour of break.
- Paid leaves are provided every month.
- No leaves permitted during the first 3 months of training.
Benefits
- Guest house accommodation for 10 days for outstation candidates on a sharing basis (dual occupancy).
- Relocation bonus after 3 months.
- IJP (Internal Job Posting/Promotion) eligibility after 9 months.
- Cab facility for both pick-up and drop during night shifts between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Company will arrange travel tickets and hotel for eligible candidates; no separate ticket reimbursement.
