Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-dayELV works at project sites.
- Understand drawings and carry out work as per approved drawings.
- Supervise technicians and subcontractor workers at site.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, main contractor and other site teams.

- Handle systems such as

- CCTV

- Access Control

- Fire Alarm
- Public Address / Voice Evacuation
- Data & Networking

- BMS / IBMS cabling
- Intercom and other ELV systems
- Check cable laying, conduit, tray, termination and equipment installation.
- Ensure work is completed with proper quality and safety.
- Check materials received at site and report shortages.
- Prepare daily work progress updates.
- Maintain basic site records such as material usage, manpower and completed work.
- Attend site meetings when required.




- Follow up with the project team for drawings, material and work clearances.
- Identify site problems and inform the Project Manager immediately.
- Support testing and commissioning of ELV systems.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure pending works are closed.
- Coordinate for inspection and handover of completed works.
- Be willing to work at Powerconz project sites as per project requirement.

Candidate We are Looking For A suitable candidate should be hands-on and comfortable working at construction sites, not only familiar with office/design work. He should be able to independently supervise a small team, understand basic ELV drawings, coordinate with other contractors and report site progress clearly. Programming/configuration expertise will be added advantage.
