Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement electroplating processes to meet customer requirements.

- Conduct quality control checks on plated parts using SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement through Kaizen events.

- Develop and maintain documentation of process procedures, including CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action).

Job Requirements :

- 4-9 years of experience in electroplating or related field.

- Solid knowledge of 7QC tools such as SPC, Ishikawa diagram, etc.

- Experience with Kaizen implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
