Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics & Electrical Engineer to work across electronics design, embedded systems, PCB development, testing, integration, and field deployment of our robotic platforms.

This is a zero-to-one role . Our electronics and embedded function is still being built, so you will not simply follow an established department structure—you will help shape it.

You should be comfortable taking ownership, working with limited day-to-day supervision, creating practical engineering processes, and helping define the responsibilities and technical boundaries of the function as the company grows.

Being a start-up, priorities can evolve quickly, field challenges are real, and responsibilities may sometimes extend beyond a narrowly defined .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits, sensors, power systems, and communication modules.
- Develop firmware and applications using C/C++ and/or Python .
- Work with microcontrollers, STM32, Raspberry Pi, SBCs, sensors, and actuators .
- Design and debug schematics and PCBs using Altium, Eagle, KiCad, or similar tools .
- Perform system integration, testing, validation, and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Participate in industrial site visits, live deployments, commissioning, and field support.




- Maintain technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records.
- Help establish electronics development practices, testing standards, documentation, and interfaces with software, mechanical, and field teams.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech or higher in ECE, EEE, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in electronics, embedded systems, or hardware development.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Experience with C, C++, and/or Python.
- Familiarity with UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, RS-232/RS-485, Ethernet, or similar protocols.
- Experience with PCB design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer or industrial sites when required.

Preferred

- Experience with STM32 or ARM-based microcontrollers.
- Exposure to robotics, motor control, power electronics, industrial automation, or field-deployed systems.
- Knowledge of IEC, UL, or similar compliance standards.
- Experience working in a start-up, R&D;, or early-stage product-development workplace.
