Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Electronics Engineer to join our R&D; and manufacturing team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting electronic systems used in advanced water purification and Digital RO systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PCB design, embedded systems, sensors, microcontrollers, firmware, and electronics manufacturing, along with the ability to troubleshoot electronics on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

R&D; and Electronics Design

Design, test, and optimize PCBAs, microcontrollers, and electronic control circuits.

Develop and maintain firmware for water monitoring and purification systems.

Integrate and control TDS sensors, flow meters, pressure switches, solenoid valves, and pumps.

Develop electronic indicators and alerts for filter/cartridge life and preventive maintenance.

Support development and testing of new electronic features for smart water purification systems.

Manufacturing & Production Support

Oversee electronics assembly and integration into water purification units.

Develop wiring harnesses, connectors, grounding, and waterproofing solutions.

Develop SOPs for sensor calibration and final electronic testing.

Troubleshoot component-level failures on the production floor.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve production quality and yield.

Testing & Quality

Perform thermal, voltage fluctuation, environmental, and reliability testing.

Ensure proper electrical safety, grounding, insulation, and protection of electronic systems.

Support compliance and certification requirements such as BIS and CE.

Develop testing and quality-check procedures for electronic assemblies.





Required Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in electronics R&D;, product development, or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of PCB design and electronic circuit troubleshooting.

Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems.

Knowledge of sensors, relays, solenoid valves, pumps, and control circuits.

Experience working with electronic systems in consumer appliances, industrial products, water purification, or similar products is preferred.

Technical Skills

PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or equivalent.

Embedded C/C++ programming.

Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART and other communication protocols.

Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT-based systems.

Ability to read circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.

Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills.

Preferred Knowledge

Understanding of RO and water purification systems.

Familiarity with sensors such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow, and water-level sensors.

Experience controlling high-pressure pumps and solenoid valves.

Knowledge of waterproofing, electrical safety, and protection requirements for appliances.

Experience with smart home appliances or connected consumer products.
