Master or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems

- At least 15 years of professional experience in power systems consulting

business, preferably with renewable and grid integration projects
- Hands-on experience in electrification solutions and power system

studies such as load flow studies, short circuit calculations, dynamic simulations, EMT
- Sound knowledge of electrical power system design, modelling,

control, stability and protection
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving under complex operating

conditions
- Robust technical knowledge of power equipment like generators,

switchgears, transformers, BESS, reactive power compensation
- Proficiency in industry-leading simulation tools (PSS/E, Power Factory,

PSCAD).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaboration
