Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown electrical maintenance of weaving machines and related equipment.

- Attend electrical breakdowns and troubleshoot faults to minimize machine downtime.

- Maintain and troubleshoot motors, control panels, starters, sensors, switches, contactors, relays, and electrical circuits.

- Monitor electrical systems of weaving machines and identify abnormalities.

- Support installation, commissioning, shifting, and modification of electrical equipment.

- Carry out routine inspection of electrical panels, cables, motors, and control systems.

- Maintain proper records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare parts used.





- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams for quick resolution of machine issues.

- Ensure proper functioning of lighting, power distribution, and other electrical utilities in the weaving area.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.

- Maintain electrical spares, tools, and equipment properly.

- Strictly follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, 5S, and housekeeping standards.

- Participate in Kaizen, QCC, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.
