- Obtain knowledge of electrical circuits, switch boards, etc. in the store to operate all electrical and electronic equipment and do the basic maintenance of the same.
- Operate AC & Generator and take adequate measures required for the proper functioning of the same.
- Respond to requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing current locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors.
- Provide the business stakeholders with advice and guidance on maintaining electrical appliances in store.
- Respond to requests from managers and provide maintenance & repair services in MGD Store as needed.
Drivers
- Be patient and polite with the customers and assist customers for entering the stipulated parking area and park the vehicles.
- Check whether proper refreshment is given to the guests with the customers and make arrangements accordingly.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing team in marketing activities i.e., delivering complementary items to selected customer during festivals etc.
- Purchase and deliver required items for the showroom as per the requirement.
- Responsible to drive off Management Personnel if required.
Business Development Executive
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing conversion targets by executing marketing strategies of the company.
- Accompany the Marketing Manager in visiting high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases from Malabar
- Update showroom staff on the relevant information of leads convinced for making purchases in a timely manner.
- Provide information on the lead visits to the tele caller for the timely update of the same in the CRM software.
- Collect information on DNF data and take updates from wedding-related agencies, auditorium, event management, salons, etc. and maintain a database on the same to get prospective customers.
- Conduct market survey regarding the counter sales of competitors, observe advertisements & report any false propaganda given by the competitors and discuss with the superiors.
- Participate in-store sales to understand various products, product offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
