Hiring: Electrical Technician – Battery Storage & O&M;

About the Role -

We are looking for a B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing to join our team and support Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Electrical O&M; activities .

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of BESS and electrical systems.
- Monitor battery parameters including voltage, current, temperature, SOC and alarms.
- Assist in troubleshooting batteries, BMS, DC systems, panels, cables, inverters and other electrical equipment.
- Support preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Assist during site inspections, testing, shutdowns and commissioning activities.
- Maintain equipment readings, checklists, logs and maintenance reports.
- Identify abnormal conditions and report issues to senior engineers.
- Follow electrical safety, PPE,



LOTO, SOP and work-permit procedures.
- Coordinate with site teams and support project execution activities.

Eligibility -

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
- MBA in Marketing – Mandatory
- Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.

Required Skills -

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC, batteries and maintenance.
- Familiarity with multimeter and clamp meter.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Safety-conscious and willing to learn.

Preferred Exposure: BESS, BMS, PCS, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, electrical protection and renewable energy projects.
