Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, manpower, machines and processes while ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of operators.
- Monitor production of automotive electrical and electronic components.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- Monitor production processes, machine parameters and cycle times.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality for rejection, rework and process-related quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions and process standards.
- Monitor production rejection, rework, productivity and downtime.
- Maintain shift production reports and other required MIS.
- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate production-related issues.




- Train and guide operators regarding process, quality and safety requirements.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Engineering departments.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with shop-floor safety standards.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of production and shop-floor management.
- Experience in electrical/electronic component manufacturing.
- Good manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and productivity monitoring.
- Understanding of rejection, rework, downtime and OEE.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a team of operators and technicians.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Automotive Electrical Components, Magneto and starter motor product similar products will be preferred.
