Position: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance activities in a Pharma Formulation Manufacturing Plant.
- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain HT/LT panels, MCC, PCC, VFD, PLC, motors, pumps and control panels.
- Maintain electrical systems related to production, packing, HVAC and utility equipment.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, transformers, UPS and power distribution systems.
- Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems with minimum production downtime.
- Supervise electricians and maintenance technicians and allocate daily work.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering and other departments.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists and logbooks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service contractors for electrical maintenance and AMC work.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS and electrical safety requirements.
- Support internal,



customer and regulatory audits with proper engineering documentation.
- Monitor electrical spare parts and ensure availability of critical spares.
- Identify recurring electrical problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid PWD Electrical Supervisor Licence / Competency Certificate is mandatory.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Experience in Pharma Formulation / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, MCC/PCC, PLC, VFD, DG, Transformer, HVAC and utilities.
- Solid troubleshooting, team-handling and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, EHS and electrical safety practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
