- Expertise in Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Fanuc Oi-TF, Gantry Automation.
- Knowledge of Programming and ladder logic.
- Knowledge of PLC based machine with hand on experience on Logic writing of Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron PLC's.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedules.
- Minimize repeated breakdowns through timely interventions and root cause analysis.
- Ensure zero electrical incidents by adhering to safety protocols.
- Optimize hydraulic and lubrication oil usage to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain records for internal/external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISMS 27001).
- Follow up on calibration of pressure gauges, flow meters, and other instruments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational safety standards.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Manage tools inventory to ensure availability and optimal utilization.
- Oversee operations of STP, ETP, DM, and RO plants.
Workplace Standards & Improvement
- Maintain shop floor 1S and 2S standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives in production and maintenance.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare maintenance-related MIS reports and present updates for management reviews.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and closure of action items related to maintenance operations.
