Purpose of the Role To ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of plant electrical systems, machinery, and utilities through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, thereby supporting uninterrupted production, safety compliance, and customer delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance of Hydraulic press maintenance, Moulding machine & All kinds of Utility equipment
2. Troubleshooting press automation systems
3.LC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta)
1. Knowledge about HMI and SCADA systems
2. Knowledge about VFD/Servo drive maintenance
3. Knowledge about Sensor, encoder, proximity switch troubleshooting
4. Troubleshooting of PLC Control panels based on these responsibilities give m ethe skills required for this role
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance within Automotive, Auto Components, NVH Manufacturing, Injection Molding, Thermoforming, or Industrial Manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, PLC-controlled machines, motors, drives, and industrial utilities.
Additional Requirements
- Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
- Experience in automotive or auto component manufacturing plants will be preferred.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential.
