Role & responsibilities : Oversee electrical requirements related to Fire Fighting and Fire Protection systems.

Accountability: timely project delivery, revenue generation, billing, quality and safety compliance, development of a high-performing electrical project team

Job Responsibilities:

- Achieve the annual revenue and billing targets assigned to the Electrical/Fire Fighting Projects division.
- Monitor project-wise revenue, billing, collection, and profitability.
- Support the Business Development and Estimation teams in preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and tenders.
- Lead and manage all Electrical Projects from planning to execution and final handover.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for project execution.
- Oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Manage electrical systems including LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, power distribution, lighting, earthing, cable systems, and control systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.




- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
- Review BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and material requirements.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS, NBC, electrical safety standards, and project specifications.

Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.

Key performance Areas :

- Achievement Project revenue targets
- Control of Project delay & cost overrun, reduction in re-work, technical failure.
- Project Completion adherence as per timeline
- Develop & train the Engineers & Freshers.
