Role & responsibilities

- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
- Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Timeline Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
