We are looking for an experienced Proposal Engineer / Estimation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Electrical Utility, Power Transmission & Distribution, T&D; and EPC projects.

⚡ Domain: Electrical Utility | Transmission & Distribution | Power Infrastructure

? Key Requirements The ideal candidate should have solid experience in:

▪️ Low Voltage (LV) Distribution Lines

▪️ Electrical Distribution Networks & Distribution Lines

▪️ Transmission Lines & Transmission Towers

▪️ Tower Erection & Conductor Stringing

▪️ Preparation of BOQ, Quantity Take-Offs & Cost Estimates

▪️ Tender / Proposal Engineering & Techno-Commercial Bidding

▪️ Understanding of Plant, Equipment, Tools & Machinery required for project execution

▪️ Estimation of Manpower Requirements & Man-Hours for electrical utility projects

▪️ Coordination with vendors, subcontractors,



engineering and commercial teams

▪️ Review of tender specifications, scope of work and project requirements

▪️ Supporting technical clarifications and proposal preparation

➕ Electrical Substation experience is an added advantage, particularly exposure to transformer, switchgear, protection and associated substation works.

? Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who understand electrical utility projects from both technical and execution perspectives and can assess:

Project Scope → Materials → Plant & Equipment → Manpower → Man-Hours → BOQ → Cost Estimate → Final Proposal

Candidates with experience in EPC Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Power Utilities, Transmission & Distribution Companies, Infrastructure Companies or Engineering Consultancies are preferred.
