Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at Jalaram Enterprise is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will design, evaluate, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment related to power quality, energy efficiency, and safety, including capacitor banks, APFC panels, switchgear, stabilizers, and allied components. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, performing technical assessments and audits, preparing drawings and documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver customized solutions.

The Electrical

Engineer will oversee installation and commissioning activities, support maintenance and repair work,



and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role also involves preparing technical reports, assisting in product improvement, and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of electrical power systems, including HV/LV switchgear, capacitor banks, APFC panels, transformers, and stabilizers.
- Ability to conduct energy audits, electrical safety audits, and power quality assessments, and interpret related data and reports.
- Proficiency in electrical design, schematics, and documentation using relevant engineering tools and software.
- Hands-on experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
- Understanding of applicable electrical standards, safety regulations, and best practices for earthing and protection systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers on-site.
- Willingness to work in field environments and travel to customer locations as required.
- Previous experience in power quality, energy management, or industrial projects is an advantage.
