We’re Hiring | Electrical Draftsman

Noster Associates Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman to join our MEP and turnkey project team in Trivandrum, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Develop lighting layouts, lighting loop and control diagrams
- Prepare power socket layouts, circuiting and load schedules
- Prepare Fire Alarm System drawings and layouts
- Develop MEP Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings
- Prepare electrical sections, elevations and detailed construction drawings
- Coordinate electrical drawings with architectural, interior, HVAC, plumbing and other MEP services
- Prepare quantity take-offs and electrical estimates based on drawings
- Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant/client comments and project requirements
- Prepare as-built drawings where required





Requirements

- Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Good understanding of electrical systems and construction standards
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
- Ability to prepare detailed sections, elevations and construction details
- Understanding of electrical circuiting, distribution systems and load schedules
- Knowledge of commercial interior fit-out / turnkey projects is an advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
