Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled EV Trainer to conduct offline and online training sessions on Electric Vehicles and related technologies. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging technical sessions, practical demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training for students, professionals, and institutional clients.

The role may require travel to different locations across India based on training and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct offline and online training sessions on Electric Vehicles and EV technologies.
- Deliver classroom-based lectures, technical workshops, practical demonstrations, and hands-on EV training.
- Explain EV fundamentals, components, systems, and working principles in a simple and practical manner.
- Conduct training on EV components such as battery, BMS, motor, motor controller, charging systems, wiring, and other EV systems.
- Prepare and deliver PPT-based technical training sessions and presentations.
- Conduct practical sessions using EV workbenches, training kits, and laboratory setups.
- Assess participants' understanding through activities, practical tasks,



quizzes, and assessments.
- Support the development and improvement of EV training content, presentations, and practical modules.
- Coordinate with the internal team for training schedules, requirements, and session planning.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and other required documentation.
- Travel to different cities/locations for workshops, institutional training programs, and project requirements when required.
- Ensure professional and effective delivery of training sessions while maintaining discipline and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, EV, or a related engineering field.
- Relevant experience in EV training, EV projects, automotive, electrical/electronics, or technical training will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of EV components, systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
- Must have a personal laptop suitable for conducting PPT-based online/offline training sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and basic computer applications.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students and professionals.
- Strong practical approach with a willingness to conduct hands-on training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
