About the Role

Northstar Safety Systemz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced EHS / Fire Safety Professional with strong technical, auditing, training, and client-handling capabilities.

This is a completely travel-based PAN India role. Candidates must be comfortable with extensive travel to client sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Fire Safety Audits, EHS Audits, Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Adequacy Assessments.
- Perform Fire Load Calculations / Fire Load Density Assessments.
- Assess Fire NOC requirements and statutory fire safety compliance.
- Evaluate fire protection systems including hydrants, sprinklers, fire pumps, fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency exits, etc.
- Conduct EHS inspections, compliance assessments and risk assessments.
- Deliver EHS, Fire Safety, Emergency Response and other safety trainings in Hindi and English.
- Conduct toolbox talks, awareness sessions, mock drills and emergency preparedness training.
- Prepare professional audit reports, assessment reports and corrective action plans.
- Independently manage client-site assignments and interact with client management.
- Travel extensively across India as per project requirements.

Mandatory Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Fire Engineering / Fire Safety Engineering or equivalent.




- Nationally recognized Fire Safety qualification/certification.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Fire Safety / EHS / Fire Consultancy.
- Hands-on experience in Fire Audits, EHS Audits, Fire Load Calculation, Fire Adequacy, Fire NOC and Fire Risk Assessment.
- Proven experience in EHS Training delivery.
- Strong knowledge of applicable Fire Safety codes, standards and statutory requirements.

Mandatory Communication & Training Skills

- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Must be confident in client-facing communication and technical presentations.
- Must be capable of independently delivering EHS & Fire Safety training in both Hindi and English.
- Solid technical report-writing and documentation skills.

Compensation Salary will be based on competency, relevant experience, technical expertise and current CTC. Negotiable for the right candidate.

Travel Requirement

100% PAN India Travel – Mandatory The role involves regular travel to client locations, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, construction sites and other project locations across India.

Candidates who are not comfortable with extensive PAN India travel should not apply.
