We are looking for someone who genuinely understands how an EHR, EMR or HIS works underneath the surface — workflows, modules, configuration, forms, roles, permissions, settings, rules, testing and operational behaviour.

You will combine that application expertise with direct ownership of UK healthcare clients.

This is fundamentally

A healthcare systems expert who can manage a client — not an account manager who knows a little about healthcare software.

You do not need experience with Script Assist specifically. You do need deep healthcare software experience.

? What you will doYou will work directly with live Script Assist customers after implementation and go-live.

You will become someone who understands:

- How each client uses the platform
- How their clinical and pharmacy workflows operate
- How their configuration is set up
- Where users are struggling
- Which settings or permissions may be causing issues
- Whether a problem is workflow, configuration, training, product or technical
- What needs to change
- Which requests genuinely require Product or Engineering

You will manage regular relationships with UK clinics, pharmacies and healthcare operators. You will not simply take a customer request and forward it internally.

You should be able to understand the issue deeply enough to determine whether it is:

- A configuration issue
- A workflow issue
- A permissions issue
- A user or training issue
- A data issue
- An integration issue
- A software defect
- A genuine feature request

Then you should be able to explain that clearly to both the client and the internal Script Assist team. ? Client ownershipTechnical knowledge alone is not enough.

You also need to be comfortable managing clients.

You will

- Lead and participate in regular client calls
- Build strong relationships with UK healthcare customers
- Understand client priorities
- Manage expectations
- Track actions and issues
- Give clear updates
- Challenge unclear requests
- Push back professionally where appropriate
- Translate technical or workflow problems into clear language
- Coordinate across Support, Product, Engineering and Implementation
- Make sure agreed actions actually happen
- Help clients use Script Assist more effectively over time

You need to be calm, organised and credible when speaking to senior client stakeholders. ? Configuration before custom developmentA major part of this role is understanding what can be solved through the platform before assuming something new needs to be built.

When a client raises a problem, we want you to think:

- Is the workflow configured correctly?
- Is there an existing setting?
- Are roles or permissions wrong?
- Is the client using the platform correctly?
- Is this a training problem?
- Can the workflow be redesigned?
- Is this actually a bug?
- Does Product genuinely need to change something?

- Deep hands-on experience with an EHR, EMR or HIS
- Practical experience with system configuration
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows
- Experience with modules, settings, roles, permissions or workflow logic
- Experience with implementation, UAT, go-live, hypercare or application support
- Ability to troubleshoot problems logically
- Ability to distinguish configuration, workflow, training and software issues
- Direct client or stakeholder-facing experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence managing UK client calls
- Excellent organisation and follow-through
- Ability to work with Product and Engineering teams
- Comfort working UK business hours
